When you submit your order with customization details, we first confirm that we have all the information that we need.

If something is missing, we will email you to ask for the missing information. It’s important to check your email for 24–48 hours after order confirmation and also look in your spam folder.

Design and production.

This is where all the magic happens and it usually takes the longest.

We design all of your game components and then each item is made just for you as a one-of-a-kind order.
Step 3
Shipping your customized game.

Once your custom game is finished, we prepare it for delivery to you.

Your personalized game is shipped to you, sometimes directly from our trusted third-party production partners.
